A THAM 12 tapped horn PA subwoofer, which is one of Martinsson's designs.
The wood was CNC cut & rebated by a UK outfit I found via the SpeakerPlans forums. I then drilled pilot holes through the rebates for an easy screw & glue assembly. Finished with a formaldehyde-based plastic coating which was very nasty stuff to work with. Grille from Markie, also of SpeakerPlans fame.
The basket of the PD.12SB30 driver was ever so slightly wider than the baffle, so I had to clearance one side which you can just about make out in some of the photos.
I eventually sold this to the Glasgow African Balafon Orchestra, who I hope got many years of use out of it!
