The university anime society held a little cosplay photoshoot the other weekend & I took the RB67 & a box of Tri-X along. Annoyingly I picked up on lots of glaring compositional errors when I scanned the negs, but didn’t notice on the focussing screen when I was shooting…
First up Bryony crossplaying as Haruka Nanase from Free! – Iwatobi Swim Club at the beach (naturally).
Kara as Mikasa Ackerman from Attack on Titan.
Up the coastline from the pier at the outer cathedral ruins.
Gwen as Yuna from Final Fantasy X.
And finally down to Castle Sands.
Obligatory sexypose before finishing up for the day.
Looks like my Isolette repairs have survived 2 years in storage nicely; I ran half a roll through it to check as I was considering taking it on a trip to Iceland (but didn’t, in the end).
Seems apt that I am only just posting photos from last year’s reading party considering that this year’s takes place 3 weeks from now.
Again with the trees/foliage because, well, TREES.
Then some lesser-spotted computer scientists amongst the trees.
It seems that age can’t hamper the gleeful happiness of playing in running water…
…but others may have their own ideas.
‘Spot the computer scientist’ 1/2.
One paddle wasn’t enough, now everybody wants a go.
More scanning, some snapsh!ts between August & December last year. Starting off with Covent Garden during the London Olympics, unfortunate that I was only carrying b&w at the time asa the flags were all different colours.
Jumping forward to December, walking back to the train station after the (amazing) PostSecret Live at Assembly Hall.
And then we appear to be in the pub again; not sure these posts reflect well upon my pastimes…
Did the first roll of 120 in the V600 tonight, chose the roll from my Isolette V that I had previously only ghetto-dslr-scanned (if you could even call that ‘scanning’). Unsurprisingly the V600 scans look better.
I’m off on a spontaneous trip to Iceland on Monday & really want to take my RB67, but as it would constitute my entire hand luggage I might just take the Isolette instead for some MF fun.
